The Study Of The Migrant Workers' Will And Its Impacts Of Settling In Cities-A Case Study Based On SuNan

Since reform and opening-up, more and more peasants go out for employment, but the reform policy didn't necessarily lead to the trend of settlement in urban. In order to study the impacts of migrant workers'will of settling in cities, we selected SuNan——the more developed area in southern JiangSu province, where there are a lot of migrant workers. Found that the migrant workers'will of settling in cities was determined by macro-social system and the combination of individual factors. At the end of the article, promoted several conclusions to promote the settlement in urban and the process of urbanization.
