Study On The Activities And Influence Of The OSCE In The Central Asia

Central Asian region has a very important position in the international geopolitical situation.It has always been regarded as the important region of expanding their influence sphere and maintaining the status of their important region. Since the independence of the Central Asian countries,the region is the hub of the Eurasian continent by location,by the independent countries of the enormous commodity market,as well as by the region being rich in mineral and energy resources.It has been Inevitable to make the Central Asian countries attract the big countries' attention and active involvement in the world.It is possible to give rise to "a new Great Game" to the big countries' concern and involvement of the influence and energy resources in the Central Asian region.In particular the United States began "the Operation Enduring Freedom" in Afghanistan as the goal of against the Taliban and Al Qaeda in 2001.Since then the Central Asian countries were passively involved in the country's strength for the torrent.Since the independence of the Central Asian countries,the OSCE has been interrupting the affairs in the region for a long time,which has not been given due academic attention.At this stage of the domestic research,the main attention is paid on the EU and NATO.We study the problem in Central Asia,mainly studying the Central Asia strategy of the United States and Russia.We ignored that the OSCE had a great impact on the Central Asian region.Since the disintegration of the Soviet Union,the OSCE has the active involvement of the Central Asian Affairs.The involvement of the Central Asian Affairs not only has a long history,but also covers political,economic,cultural and scientific and technological fields.It has not only all kinds of formal and official channels,but also a series of diverse forms of non-official way.This paper will integrate historical and quantitative research methods.In accordance with the new realities and the realistic theory,analyze the specific activities of the OSCE in the Central Asia to achieve the established goals and objectives.Through its activities in the analysis,reveal the negative effects and positive effects of the OSCE activities in Central Asia.At the same time the paper focuses on the negative role of the OSCE in security and stability in the Central Asian region.With a view to the future impact on the Central Asian region of a number of international factors,we attach the importance to this strong and moderate force - the OSCE as the representative of the European forces intervening in the Central Asian Affairs.It will provide a reference of studying the related issues and safeguarding the security and stability of China's western border areas.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part describes the establishment and development of the OSCE.The second part has a comprehensive,systematic exposition on the specific activities of the OSCE in Central Asia.The third part explores the objective positive role of the political significance and social development of the activities of the OSCE in the Central Asian,from the perspective of the political science and sociology.It mainly focuses on the negative role of the OSCE of the security and stability in the Central Asian region at the same time.
