Compulsory education is not only a basic right, is also basic obligations for citizens. The compulsory education featured fundamental, obligation and free of charge, is done as a temporary measure. As a social right, the compulsory education demands governmental to act positively. The government must take positively, using legislative especially with all suitable methods the method, the completely ceiling capacity adopts the step by stages, promotes our country children of school age compulsory education power full realization gradually. Compulsory education's popularization and the national development significance is significant to citizen individual.Increasingly speed-up in our country urbanization advancement under the background, the massive rural labor force who emerges the city, has formed special community—Migrant Workers community. The second generation of immigrant who enters a city along with the parents to live together, Migrant Workers' children who takes the city, has the similar demand in the compulsory education domain as the urban children. How are Migrant Workers' children realized in the right to compulsory education? This article taking this as the research goal, elaborated that the Migrant Workers' children are accepting the difficult position which the compulsory education aspect faces.
