The Contradictions And Countermeasures Of International Criminal Administrational Corporation To Transnational Cyber-crime

Transnational cyber-crime is a phenomenon that appears along with the widely use of computer network,it's growing and extending as the network is developing and causes enormous economic damages to countries in the world.Nowadays,the attacking to the transnational cvber-crime mostly relies on the criminal administrational corporation between countries,but to each country,the conditions of cyber-crime and the rules of cyber-crime in criminal l(?)w are different, so in the course of corporation,countries often consider their own profits.It causes many conflicts,blocks the international criminal administrational corporation,so transnational cyber-crime is still developing and terribly threatening the stability and development of countries and areas.This article has three parts,the first part mainly introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of cyber-crime,then leads to the concepts of transnational cyber-crime; the concepts and contents of international criminal administrational corporation,and analyzes the current situations of international criminal administrational corporation to transnational cyber-crime.The second part points out the problems exit in this course,mainly includes three parts as the conflicts of criminal administrational rights,the difficulty of surveying and obtaining evidences and the controversy of extradition and analyzes the causes of it's exiting and characteristics.The third part gives some proposals to improve the course to build a harmonious international corporation system in attacking transnational cyber-crime.
