| Since the Reform and Opening up, with the development of market economy, the wave that farmer workers migrate to work in the city has been arising in this new historical period of our country. However, farmer workers give great impetus to the promotion of urbanization, the fulfillment of industrialization, along with the progress of our whole social economy. In the team farmer workers, the Party members make an important group. How to bring the farmer worker Party organization into play its leadership, how to transfer this particular group from the unrestrained, disorderly state into a state that is under efficient management, and how to let the farmer worker Party members be pioneers and models in a mobile situation have became a new task of Party construction on the market economy condition. Therefore, it is urgent to explore the way of the farmer workers'Party member organizational construction, enrich the theory of organizational construction during social transformation, and urge the farmer worker Party members to play a positive role in the economic construction.This paper starts with an analysis of the present situation of the organizational construction of farmer worker Party members. Then, in terms of the characteristics and functions of the farmer worker Party members, it probes into the existing problems during the organizational construction and analyzes the reasons for such problems. Furthermore, it discusses to get an effective mechanism of strengthening the construction, and also put out practical approaches in order to let the farmer worker Party organization play the fundamental role, reinforce and improve the education and management of the farmer worker Party members, enhance the level of the Party groups on the whole, exert the model effect of the Party members in the farmer worker team, and provide the theoretical reference for strengthening the organizational construction of the farmer worker Party members under new circumstances.
