Study On The Construction Of College Students' Party Organization In The Perspective Of Organizational Recognition

According to the statistics of the organization department of the CPC central committee,the total number of communist party members in the country was 87,793 by the end of 2017,the total number of communist party members was 87.793 million,2.247 million college students and 2.7% of college students.The college students have a wide range of knowledge,professional competence and comprehensive quality.After graduation,they are the backbone of building a socialist cause and a major force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.It is of great significance for the construction and development of the communist party of China.If college students have strong sense of identity and belonging to the party organization,they have strong communist beliefs and actively contribute to the party organization.On the contrary,if the college students have low sense of belonging and belonging to the party organization,they will passively fulfill the obligations of the party members and vacate the determination to realize communism.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to do a good job in the construction of party organizations of college students and to enhance the sense of identity of party members in the party organization."College students' party construction work to study organizational identification field of vision" is based on organizational identity theory field of vision,in marxist the dialectical relationship between individual consciousness and group consciousness theory as the instruction,is through the line with college students' party construction work,collecting data,sorting documents,develop scale,in-depth to carry out the investigation and study in the university student party members.To understand the status quo of party members' recognition of party organizations,to analyze the influencing factors of party members' recognition of party organizations,and to put forward countermeasures to strengthen the construction work of college students' party organizations.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part discusses the background and significance of the writing,summarizes the research status of organizational identitytheory and the construction work of college students' party organization.The second part,to the organizational identification,the college students' party organization identity and defining the concepts of college students' party construction,analysis of organizational identity theory and the logical relationship between college students' party construction work.In the third part,the college students' party organization identification scale is formulated to conduct research on the status quo of party members' identification with party organizations.By sampling survey method,part of nanchang university students party members in colleges and universities to issue 450 questionnaires,345 questionnaires to effective recycling reliability,validity and the analysis of the influencing factors of identity.Through questionnaires,interviews and statistical analysis,it is concluded that party members' identification with party organizations is not influenced by party age,educational background and gender,etc.College students have a strong sense of belonging to the party organization,and most of them are confident about the future of the party organization.Due to the influence of social environment,organization,individual and other factors,there is a phenomenon of "alienation" between party members and party organizations.The fourth part,from the society,the party organization itself and individual three dimensions analysis the influence factors of college student party members' approval party including social environment and the network,the image and reputation of the party organization,organization,communication atmosphere,personal growth environment and cognitive level and so on.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some measures to strengthen the construction of college students' party organization.Through strengthening the public opinion construction of the college students' party organizations,the establishment of college students' public opinion of the party organization;Through strengthening the service,learning and innovative construction of college students' party organization,strengthening the emotional identification of party members to party organizations;By strengthening the marxist theory education,the value identification of party members to the party organization is cultivated.In order to do a good job in the
