| Honesty is traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, it' s the center form of value to preserve the structure of society. Person without honesty can not live, enterprise without honesty can not develop, government without honesty can not steady. Honesty is the base for person, enterprise and government. is the Executive Authorities, it should be honest when deal with the public affairs and make people trust the government. The honesty of government is the demonstration of society.. It affect on personal honesty,enterprise' s honesty and others. It shows the direction of the social honesty.It is the base and focus of the social morality to develop the government honesty. Government is not only the director of the society, but also take part in it. Government officials should try their best to develop his own moral level and be a good driver for the constraction of social morality. With the development of society and social economy, government honesty is the focus of great social concern. so it has greet ideological and actual sense to explore government honesty.I use the theory of education,moral thoughts,polity etc in this article, based on the reality of the construction of government honesty, give advice about how to refresh mind,develop the construction of morality,bettering the rules and expand the system of supervision and so on. it is not the academic reference for the construction of government honesty. it also promote the process of building a harmonious government. it has practical value for the ways and means that expand the system for construction of social honesty.
