The Research On Relationships Among Psychological Capital And Stress Coping Styles Of Policemen

Individual stress coping style has a direct influence on the psychological capital.The policemen occupational have the particularity of "high risk" and "high pressure",Which needs more psychological capital actively to cope with occupational stress through ascension. Study on the policemen psychological capital and the relationship between occupational stress coping styles, put forward valuable enhance the level of psychological capital policemen's advice is of great significance.Purpose:(1) On the basis of Chen Min Ming(2012) compiled by the civil servants in chongqing normal university questionnaire revised psychological capital is suitable for the public security policemen psychological capital measurement questionnaire.(2) Using the revised policemen psychological capital questionnaire and the way pressure rating scale CSQ conducted on 400 policemen, and through further in-depth interviews, talking about the public security policemen psychological capital and the relationship between stress coping styles.(3)Promote the valuable suggestions of increasing public security policemen psychological capital.Result:(1) This study has the good revised of the public security police psychological capital questionnaire,which shows five dimensions,that is include confident,responsibility,strength,enterprising,optimistic,higher the score indicates that the dimensions of psychological capital level is higher. The reliability and validity of total questionnaire Cronbach 's alpha coefficient is 0.952, which can be used as a effective tool for the investigation and public security policemen psychological capital levels.(2) The public security police psychological capital levels in terms of age, police officer, title, marriage situation exist significant difference; Stress coping styles exist significant differences in age, the police officer.(3) The policeman's psychological capital has high overall level, each of dimension score in the order is: confident>strength>optimistic>enterprising>responsibility; the style of stress coping in the order is: problem solving,helping retreat,rationalization,fantasy,remorse.Psychological capital of each dimension and stress coping styles of problem solving dimension exists positive correlation, and stress coping styles of self-blame, fantasy, retreat dimension there is negative correlation.(4) The policeman's psychological capital level enterprise self-discipline and sense of responsibility has a positive role in solving the problem; Self-discipline and progress forward prediction for help; The sense of responsibility and optimistic have negative prediction function on remorse; Optimistic and self-discipline and progress have negative prediction function on fantasy; The sense of responsibility and optimistic have negative prediction function on retreat; Optimism and the sense of responsibility have negative prediction function on rationalization.(5) The policeman's stress coping styles are influenced by multiple factors.By trying hard,organize training,social support can raise the level of psychological capital in policemen,which will lead them to choose a positive way to cope with the press.
