Current Research On The Primary Party Construction In The Ethnic Regions Of Gansu Province

Focusing on the construction of the primary party organizations, which are the basis of all the party's work and the source of its force, is one of the party construction principles of maxism. Compared with other primary party organizations in other areas , the ones in the ethnic regions in rurual areas of Gansu Province have their own speciality and unique importance. And many precious working methods have been made during the long process of practice such as strenthening the recognation of the importance of the primary party organizations, combining the work with the efforts to develop the local economy, ideological construction to be put at the first place ,the nationality policy to be implemented all the time and so on.The party construction work in the ethnic regions in rurual areas in Gansu Province plays a critical role in developing the rurual areas, the Great Western Exploitation in China and the construction of a harmonious society. However, some new problems arise during the course of the improvement of the socialist market economy with the reform being carried out in rurual areas ,showing the maladaptation of our party construcion work in the new situation. The questions are sure to have an effect on the construction of a well-to-do society in all levels and the process of the new village construction. This paper aims to find the solutions to these questions from several aspects, which are as follows: the"Five Relations"to be handled correctly, the power of the primary party organizaions to manipulate the socialist market economy to be promoted, making efforts to coordinate the relationship of"Village Committe And the Party organizaion", the construction of the primary party organizaions in rurual areas to be enhanced and strenghening the professional morality of party members and the"Party-Mass"relationship.
