The minimum wage is the lowest rate of payment,including hourly,daily or monthly that the employers must pay their employees or workers.First found enacted in Australia and New Zealand in the late nineteenth century.Over 90 percent of the countries in the world now have the minimum wage law implemented.China also launched its minimum wage law at the start of 2008.Through this law,China plans to in certain degree,helps to reduce the exploitation and ensures its workers can afford what are considered to be basic necessities to others.But due to some other factors(explain what factors in brief),this act cannot be put into effect as compare to the original planning's of the government.The author will look at through studies and analysis of recent statistics and the labor law enforcements,how we may find different ways of improvements and propose suggestions.To perfect the minimum salary legal system in China,respond to principle such as insisting that principle,the principle of no discriminate,the principle of restrict exploitation,opposing the fairness doctrine,the principle of equality participate in labor union;At the same time,respond to the aspect such as putting the form,standard ascertaining that into practice,range,standard adjustment,source of financing, law guarantee and strengthening the intensity of working enforcing and supervising of the law, building the corresponding decision-making system.
