Urban low-income standard system including three lines for the urban residents income standards:the standards for minimum wage,unemployment insurance standards and minimum living standards. The three systems co-exist, interrelated and complement each other to form a complete system. The three low-income criteria in our system of income distribution policies implemented only 15 years, the person of low-income; to protect the basic needs to poor people, promote social harmony and stability play an important role.This select"Standard System of Wuhan low-income"as a research focus, summed up the standard low-order system of Wuhan City, the specific policies and regulations, and Wuhan in 1996 by low-income standards system since the implementation of specific investigation and analysis of obtained Wuhan minimum living standards. Fundamental way to solve this problem is through the establishment of a unified standard criterion to make architecture Wuhan rationalize the low-income standards.
