Analyzing On Dilemma Of G8's Global Governance After The Cold War

After the Cold War, the G8 which composed by the Western world's major countries is adjusting their own development strategies constantly, and is experiencing an unprecedented profound transformation under the new era background and international situation. At the same time, the global governance advocated and promoted by the G8 has made some impacts in the international community, but because of some internal and external reasons, are also facing many dilemma. This paper is analyzing the process and nature of the G8's transformation after the Cold War at first, and then making an explanation about the G8's global governance and its dilemma, also including the external and internal reasons while affirming G8 its impact on global governance. At the end of this paper, there's a suggestion about how to develop relationship between China and the G8, and also believe that China's diplomatic strategy with G8 should be take participate in it selectively.
