The Dilemma And Governance Of Group Event In The New Era

Social governance is a major task of social construction and an important part of national governance.At the same time,the governance of group events has always been a hot topic in academic research.It is also a practical problem that must be faced in the process of social governance.The 19 th CPC National Congress report expounds the new requirements of social governance,which is a timely response to social governance's problems.We must adapt to the new situation and new requirements,constantly innovate the social governance system and mechanism,improve the level of social governance,and gradually turn suggestions for group events governance into reality.According to the logical ideas of discovering problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.This paper insists on the realistic dilemma and governance of group events in the new era,which is guided by Xi's thought of social governance.Xi's thought of social governance in the new era is a combination of national spirit and the spirit of the Times,and is the latest theoretical achievement of the sinicization of Marxism.Xi made clear the important strategic judgment of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era at 19 th CPC National Congress report.Social development enters a new era,Xi insists on the status of the people's right.It is emphasized that the transformation from management to governance and the fine transformation of governance from single to comprehensive at the macro level of social governance must focus on constructing the pattern of multiple subjects participating in social governance.Under the guidance of Xi's thought of social governance,this paper analyzes and discusses the characteristics,causes and governance predicament of group events,and puts forward a path analysis for the governance dilemma of group events.Through case studies and statistical analysis of questionnaire data,it is found that the group events of the new era show that the non-conflict events has non-hierarchical characteristics,the polarization of conflict trend is extremely polarized,the degree of virtualization of organization mode is rising,and nonlinearity of evolution process.This paper analyzes the causes of the dilemma from four aspects of economy,politics,society and individual,and then puts forward some suggestions to get out of the dilemma.First,adhere to Xi Jinping'sthought of social governance and constantly obtain a new breakthrough in the governance of group events.Second,promote the relevant departments to continue to carry out social and environmental research,do a good job of strategic management of group events.Third,adhere to the multi-layer surface,and actively do a good job in the prevention of group events.Four is to realize the effective control of group events through the participation of multiple subjects in social governance.
