The Study On The Establishment Of Grassroots Cadres Performance Evaluation System

The 16th CPC National Congress, the Fourth Plenum of the 16th party congress and the 17th CPC National Congress have put forward clear demands about the establishment of the leading cadres performance evaluation system that reflcts scientific concept of development requirements . According to the central demands, a great deal of useful exploration about the building of leading cadres performance evaluation system has been done, creating a lot of valuable experience. With the development of the times, the leading cadres should creat different performance in different periods.
