| In recent years, China has its international status great improved as the national strength stronger day by day. Some western countries , at the same time, are plotting culture invasion and peaceful evolution, it becomes increasingly intense. Some western news medias and social organizations make enough space for giving China"soft restrict"by contorting china image. This paper is aimed at how to strengthen the cultural soft power so as to promote the international influence of China.This paper divides into five parts.The first part is introductory chapter which summarizing the international and domestic conditions environment for culture of today's world. We have to alert the cultural aggression and the peaceful evolution from some western countries, for their infiltration in toy market, in animation market etc, especilly the distorted report about the beating , smashing , looting and burning affair in Tibet this year. The Seventeenth National Party Congress has special stressed that strengthening cultural devolopment so as to improving national cultural strength are extreamly important, so cultural status are placed all-time high. Cultural soft power is the one of great important parts of the overall national strength in today's world, and cultural competion is the important issue of the competion of the overall national strength too, it is the foundmental way of strengthening the culture soft power for the prosperity of culture for china .The second part is the basic part that elabrating the soft power , the cultural soft power and their concept and connatation and relationship. Cultural soft power based on the cultural strength and soft power is the concept extend of their. Its essence is influence, cohesiveness, and evcation of the culture of a country or region, generally including : national cohesive force, language intermingle force , transformation of science and technology, diplomatic endearing, national creativity ability etc. In the stage of mankind's history, once there be Ancient Egypt civilization, Indus river Vally civilization, Old Babylonian civilization, Acient Greek civilization, Rome civilization and Chinese civilization etc. But things are different now, these Ancient countries had some falled into decay and some gradually died out which ever possessed distinguished civilization. Chinese civilization is the only one that had not been interrupt and China is the only country that had kept historical continuity . It's not an accident, Chinese culture is full of life and energy, as Mr. Jixianlin say, for two reasons, Chinese culture keeps its cultural traditions, the internal cause is that it has extreme inclusiveness, the external cause is that there are foreign culture filled with vigar and vitality continuously exchange with it. Culture acts on the interal affairs and diplomacy of a country moment by moment as the most important element of soft power, infiltrates social ideology and national values inperceptionibly. Cultural productivity derives from cultural soft power.The third part : the backbone of the thesis. Cultural soft power is important in improving international influence, the international influence is the external appearance in international competition of the nation's comprehensive strength. Nation's comprehensive strength includes physical strength such as economic, military, scientific force etc. also includes intellectual power such as ideological, thinking and culture etc. Against the background of the globalized ecnomy of today, with the strengthened economic power of china and its increasingly closer relation with other countries, it is need cultural support more and more to modle Chinese international influence. Cultural soft power contains state sovereighty, becomes important factor to affect political authority. Economic globalization is expanding all over the world together with dominant culture. Cultural expansion makes the limit dimmed among the politic nature, economic nature and cultural nature, it has peaceful hidden by cultural invasion. These all proved that cultural soft power concerns with the rise and fall of Chinese nation. Cultural soft power is the basic of naton's comprehensive competitiveness, because culture reflects the strong and weak of the nation's comprehensive strength on the whole, culture has been more and more remarkable on politic, more and more closely related with ecnomy. Using the culture soft power on diplomacy , not only showing implication in our country diplomacy generally, China should also swear an oath out in understanding and explaining in policy; Naturally going with the cultural exchange and the power of medium; With the reinforce of academic exchange and language extension at the same time, such ability helps strengthen country international influence more.The fourth Part : The way to sharpening the Cultural soft power to improve the international influence of our country is the core and main body of this paper. Chinese economy increases a reform and openness with 10%'s annual average speed in the past 30 years. But Chinese culture lingers always in low fan state at aspects such as thought, outlook on values, system, policy over the past modern times. The 17th National Congress of the CPC has brought forward in the report that our Chinese should promote the prosperous on the development of socialist culture, raise the new climax of development of socialist culture, arouse the creative of the entire national culture, and improve country culture soft strength. Thus has shown clearly direction on the development of Chinese cultural undertakings.From the view of exploration the culture soft power in the feeble condition, we can find the approach to lift the Chinese international influence. First, harmonious culture is not only an important characteristic of harmonious society, but also the culture wellhead and intellectual impetus to push forward society harmoniously. Push forward harmonious cultural advancement of socialism is the process of cultivate harmonious idea, and also the way of creating the fine society humanity environment and culture organism's habits to strengthen the country "soft strength ". Therefore, we need to develop cultural undertakings and build harmonious culture. Second, "national's 11th periods culture development plan outline " put forward that our nation should drive the reform of the system for managing cultural undertakings further, cultivate the cultural market actively, develop culture industry deeply and construct the common culture system. Thus means the target to develop cultural soft power becoming conscious.Carry forward China's civilization from the aspects of accelerating the reform of the system, expanding China tradition culture, and strengthening the pop-culture's marketplace attraction. Third, we could absorb the world culture's excellent achievements. Push forward cultural innovation from the aspects such as the content form, system mechanism and propagation means from culture. Fourth, the depth of spreading decides the extent affecting. Now try our best to make full use of advantages of the cultural exchange, Make the platform to step out, and bring up the relevance professional rational use, to promote the culture propagation.The fifth part is concluding remarks. The development of the economy is surely accompanying with the prosperous of culture. Cultural soft power in China includes congenital advantages. Chinese tradition culture is one of the main current culture in the world. We expect the Chinese cultural soft power can be truly put into effect, and then lift the Chinese international influence.
