The studies of volunteer have been largely emphasized in recent years, but few of them focus on college students'benefits from volunteer service experiences. Consider the situation, the writer dicides to investigate undergraduate vulunteers'benefits in three aspects, as follows. The first one is what the undergraduate volunteers can get from the volunteer service. The second one is what factors will influence undergraduate volunteers'benefits. The third one is whether these benefits will affect undergraduate volunteers'willingness to keep on attending volunteer service in the future. Based on those questions, the author gives three hypotheses. Firstly, the undergraduate volunteers will obtain individual development and self-maturity in sense of Modernity, while expierencing the happiness in sense of Post-Modernity. Secondly, the participants'indiviaul information, recognization about volunteer service, and volunteer service experiences will influence undergraduate volunteers'benefits. Thirdly, undergraduate volunteers'benefits in sense of Modernity and Post-Modernity mentioned above will influence undergraduate volunteers'willingness to participate in volunteer service during school time and after working. In methodology, this wirter rely on the analysis of investigation questionnaires which was conducted in 11 colleges in Beijing, while making the ananlysis of interview datas and the analysis of document subsidiary. The result shows that most of undergraduate volunteers can obtain individual development, self-maturity and happiness by participating in volunteer service, but the impacts for those benefits are different, and undergraduates'willingness to keep on attend in volunteer service which is impacted by different benefits is different yet. The common factors are specialty, the recognition to volunteer image, the motivation to participate in volunteer service, and the difficulties. Nevertheless, these three kinds of benefits, which undergraduate volunteers obtain by participating in volunteer service, will lead to different inclination for volunteers to extend their service in the future. Those who get happiness from volunteer service will attach themselves to volunteer service in great probability, while those who get self-development will attend volunteer service in little probability.
