The development of Sino-Japanese relations in recent years can be say ups and downs, twists and turns the tide. However, generally speaking, the maintenance of peace and economic development between the two countries is still the subject of the most realistic, healthy and harmonious construction of the Sino-Japanese relations is the two governments and the national theme of common concern. So far in 2006, the development of Sino-Japanese relations from the formation of a strategic dialogue to establish mutually beneficial strategic relations between the two countries shows the deep-seated to adjust the strategic level, revealing the origin of the strategic relationship between the two countries reflect the international situation and major powers to the profound changes in the balance of power . Therefore, we must also be high from this strategic analysis of the development of Sino-Japanese relations of the deep-rooted power, correctly grasp the pulse of the development of bilateral relations, Sino-Japanese relations to see the trend in the development and implementation of strategies for continuous improvement of the specific content of the mutually beneficial relationship, efforts to promote mutual benefits and common development. In this paper, the main analysis of the first part of the strategic reciprocal relations, the connotation and extension. Articles with "mutually beneficial strategic relations" of the concept put forward as the breakthrough point, reveals the uniqueness of this formulation which sets out a "strategic mutually beneficial relations," the concept itself is a Sino-Japanese strategic dialogue, consultation and a manifestation of mutual .Including the continuity of its meaning, constructive, comprehensive, total benefits, the practical and creative aspects of the characteristics of six. "Mutually beneficial strategic relations" includes the actual extension of China and Japan as well as the prerequisite for the development of mutual relations, development, development of roads, the development of means of development objectives, level of development, the development of the meaning of a variety of means. The second part focuses on Sino-Japanese strategic reciprocal relationship between the formation, evolution and development process. Over the past three decades, the Sino-Japanese relations have gone through the restoration of diplomatic relations to the conclusion by the Peace and Friendship Treaty, in November 1998 until the two sides issued the Sino-Japanese Joint Declaration, the two countries announced the establishment of a "commitment to peace and development of friendly and cooperative partnership" different stages. Unfortunately, as a result of Koizumi's ruling is not wise to make the 21st century before the 5-year Sino-Japanese relations into a freezing point, it almost cut off heads of the two countries exchange visits. In order to address these difficulties, the two leaders in the past few years, through the "ice-breaking", "ice-melting", "Spring Festival","" four stages of the heads of diplomatic exchanges between China and Japan completed from "based on a common strategy on the basis of mutual relations," put forward to enrich and perfect the process, and finally to the conclusion in May 2008 the fourth political document "on the overall Sino-Japanese strategic reciprocal relations to promote the" Joint Statement of the form to make it legal , and realized a new definition of relations between the two countries.Details of the third part of the Sino-Japanese strategic reciprocal relationship between the basic structure of the overall framework and its development objectives and direction. Sino-Japanese strategic reciprocal relations and the overall framework of the basic structure can be simply summarized as follows: the two sides should adhere to the long-term peace, friendship and cooperation as the core, the two sides draw lessons from history and facing the future, strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation, as well as cooperation in security affairs to enhance mutual understanding and trust between China and Japan strictly abide by the four political documents, China and Japan to deepen political, economic, cultural, regional and global cooperation in the field of five. Sino-Japanese strategic reciprocal relations contains three objectives, specifically: the minimum objective is to observe the three Sino-Japanese bilateral "political document" to maintain the normalization of Sino-Japanese relations. Medium-term objective is to face the current international realities, practical implementation of the strategic reciprocal relations, to seek and strengthen the common interests for the future development of relations between China and Japan to lay the foundation. The ultimate goal is to "peaceful coexistence, friendship from generation to generation."The fourth part of the system introduced in the Sino-Japanese strategic reciprocal relationship between the development of deep-seated motivation and constraints. Sino-Japanese strategic reciprocal relationship between the main driving force for the development of the core include the following: 1, in the day to resolve the political friction and strategic needs. 2, the economy. Sino-Japanese economic and trade relations between China and Japan is a concentrated expression of the strategic and mutually beneficial. Sino-Japanese economic complementarity between the two countries in both foreign trade and economic cooperation strategy played an important role, but also China and Japan to build a good solid foundation for relations. 3, regional co-operation. Levels in East Asia, regional cooperation process in the realization of the state role in promoting the interests of China and Japan to move toward reconciliation. Sino-Japanese strategic reciprocal relationship between the development of the major constraints, including the historical issue, the Taiwan issue, energy, emotional problems, such as nationalism few.The fifth section describes a strategy for China and Japan along with the continuous development of mutually beneficial relations between China and Japan the emergence of new problems and challenges, as well as prospects for the development of China and Japan, and the above analysis based on a number of initiatives. With the warmer Sino-Japanese relations between the two countries and there have been some new problems, which include: food safety issues, such as the "dumpling poisoning" the emergence of the incident; Japan's investment in China in recent years reduced; the Tibet issue; Japan Council did not stability and so on. Since the end of 2006, Sino-Japanese strategic reciprocal relationship between the development of the formation of the new pattern so that the people of both countries benefit, in line with the common aspiration of the two countries. Therefore in order to promote bilateral relations have maintained stable and healthy development, several aspects about the two sides should work together to: 1, China should stick to its position, demanding that Japan face up to historical issues, and properly handle historical issues. 2, all-round development of the two countries to explore common interests. 3, to take a variety of initiatives to promote and implement the spirit of the Sino-Japanese strategic reciprocal of the relevant content. Generally speaking, globalization and the information age, China and Japan as the two adjacent major countries of East Asia, regardless of which side of the development can not be ruled out or ignore the existence and influence each other, only to find the vital interests of the general interest consistency, and build a harmonious relations among major powers, will it be possible to the full realization of its own core strategic interests and access to tangible and intangible long-term positive benefits. If along the Sino-Japanese strategic reciprocal relations can continue to develop in this direction, a platform for cooperation between the two sides will become more and more broad, and the two peoples will be re-turn to the feelings of mutual respect and friendship between the two countries will be the most intractable problems may be gradually be resolved. Ultimately, the two big countries China and Japan would be out of a successful strategy of reciprocity, mutual benefit and win-win, becoming a multi-polar world has a significant impact on the friendly and cooperative partnership.Of course, the establishment of a "based on common strategic interests of the mutual relations" does not mean an immediate solution to the Sino-Japanese all the problems in the future of a fairly long period of time, as a result of bilateral issues as well as the existence of multilateral relations between the two countries prospects for consensus in the strategy and strategic differences between the case of the coexistence of many uncertainties, there do not turn in a solid relationship. Leaders of the two countries and the level of consultation, cooperation is the premise of improving state relations, but also the need for civil-level understanding and support, the only way to make Japan's neighbors really out of Koizumi's diplomatic predicament times.
