Along with Chinese socialist market economy's establishment and the consummation, "spontaneous order" has gradually become a hot sector of the theory. But the relationship between "nature" and "spontaneous order" is also valuable to discuss. Some scholars pointed out that Western liberalism of the natural order of economics thought comes from Lao Tze. At the same time, some scholars pointed out that the similarities between "nature" and "spontaneous order" are on the surface, in fact they are different. What is the relationship between them exactly? We will give our own answer in this paper. There are four chapters in this paper. Chapterâ… . "Know that we are ignorant" and "Limited rationality" are Separately the view of the Ability to recognize given by Lao Tze and Hayek. Through analysis, we found that Lao Tze's "Know that we are ignorant" want to tell people to have a better understanding of the situation of our "ignorance", so it is the synonyms of "Limited rationality". Although there are lots of differences, the dominant relationship between "Know that we are ignorant" and "Limited rationality" is mainly the same.Chapterâ…¡. As the basic rule that maintain the social order, "Tao" and "General rules" both have their own characteristics, but there are also some similarities. The differences mainly concentrated in the time of the range, the influence on the social order, both of which are not very obvious. Thus they are not fundamental. But the similarities, such as the general, abstraction, makes the order of society determined by the two types of rules are "anti-construct", which makes the similarities of these two rules more fundamental. Therefore, the "Tao" and the "General rules" are largely identical but with minor differences.Chapterâ…¢. "Dao Fa Zi Ran" is the core of Lao Tze's political thought, "Nature" is the center of the core, "Spontaneous order" thought has the same position in hayek's thought system, thus the Comparison in this chapter is the core of the paper. "Natural" and "spontaneous order" have some similarities as well as some differences. The differences such as application scope, People's cooperation, mainly originate from the differences of historical conditions, thus stay at the shallow level. The similarity is no longer the case, either the protection of freedom, or the restrictions of the Governmental power, is not mainly a reflection of the different time or different requirements of different social systems ,but reflect the temperament of two kinds of thoughts, so that the similarities, is profound. Chapterâ…£, "wu wei" and "freedom" were Separately the political conclusions of "natural" and "spontaneous order", the two share same characteristics, but also has a different place. Different places are mainly reflected in the relatively shallow level, mainly reflect the differences between Chinese and Western cultures on the two thinkers; the same place while breaking the different effects of the two cultures, so it is a deeper level. The shallow differences and the deep same Features, making Lao Tzu's "inaction" and Hayek's "freedom" are eventually the more than different. The last part is the conclusion of this article, this part summarizes the article's opinion, that is, "Dao Fa Zi Ran" and "spontaneous order" are different in a relatively low level, while the similarities are deep-seated and temperamentally. So, Lao Zi's "Dao Fa Zi Ran" idea and Hayek's "spontaneous order" idea are different on the surface while essentially the same.
