The Analysis On The Cognitive Of Urban Population In The Development Of The System Of Minimum Security Line Of Living

The cognitive of the improving the System of Minimum Security Line of Living for Urban Population (SMSLL)is the cut-in spot of this research.It analyzes the cognitive actuality of urban population, explores cognitive differences between urban population and their impact factors ,thus explains that the urban population in cognitive status is having a profound influence on the development of the SMSLL, then address the cognitive issues more reasonable ideas and suggestions combining the practice of Wuchang borough of Wuhan city.The thesis has a comparatively all-sided investigation on three lays:the beneficiaries from the system;common townsmen and community governors.Moreover this research collects materials through questionnaire survey and in-dept interviews, based on the relevant theories of social security,sociology, and economics.The first part explains the research background,then makes the general analysis of the study importance in cognitive of the SMSLL , introduces the research methods, ideas, and makes a brief review and comment of the SMSLL in the research and the focus of this study.The second part describes the origin and improvements of SMSLL,elaborates the problem of urban poverty highlighted promotes the establishment and development of the SMSLL,and the cognitive status of urban population is an important factor in the development and improvement of the system.Following the second part,it reveals the cognitive status in the SMSLL of the urban population combining the survey of Wuchang borough of Wuhan city from three different groups:the beneficiaries from the system,common townsmen and community governors.It details the implementation of the SMSLL from the recipients,restrictive terms,aid projects and living conditions;It reveals the cognitive in problems leaded by the SMSLL from welfare dependence,family income test issues;It reflects the cognitive in basic evaluation of the SMSLL from the assistance concepts of urban population,satisfaction of the SMSLL.The last part makes a summarized analysis that the main differences in cognitive performance of the beneficiaries from the system,common townsmen and community governors,and then explores the factors of urban population in different cognitive of the SMSLL according the cognitive in poverty and assitance of urban population .The study argues that individualistic on poverty concepts,relief concepts on the Assistance or social exclusion has mainly caused the differences between cognitive in the SMSLL.Furthermore,the study puts forward to some countermeasures and ideas for the resolution of the above cognitive problems existing in the SMSLL on the basis of the survey practice of the experience of Wuchang borough of Wuhan city.
