A Discussion About Political Civilization Based On The Cultural Dimension

Political civilization is an important part of human social civilization, which is the product of both human wise and culture. Culture is different from civilization, and they have different social function, but there is important relation between them. Civilization is partly decided by its culture. Political civilization, as a part of human social civilization is the same. So we must consider about the cultural factor while strengthen our political civilization, not only think about the political and laws. Therefore, this paper wants to analyze the function of culture, and find how it dose affects the political civilization.Firstly, try to find how dose western culture affect the western political civilization, and then know the important function of the culture to the political civilization. To make good use of the good western culture is very important for us. For example, democracy, fairness, and laws are very important.Secondly, try to analyze the key of the Chinese traditional culture. Chinese culture has its distinction, which affects the Chinese political civilization. This kind of culture makes Chinese political civilization progress slowly, so that the modern political civilization dose not grow in China. The other hand, now the good part of the Chinese traditional makes the political civilization progress rapidly. Such as the thought of closeness to the people, which is made good use for the Chinese political civilization, and we can find this thought in many government policies.Thirdly, analyze the real bad things affected by culture, such as the governor thought, bloody culture. The goal is to develop a new kind culture. First, we must develop our traditional culture to develop our Chinese political civilization; Second, make good use of the western useful culture, we should widen our mind to develop our political civilization; at last, to develop our political civilization by use a modern socialist political culture.
