Research On The Communication In Administrative Law Enforcement

The current problems of administrative law enforcement are "give greater importance to the management than communication", there are the barrels between administrations and their objects, this problem becoming more and more Urengent.Therefore, administrative law enforcement are essential to administrate democratic, scientifically efficiency, and basics of harmony of the society. This research is based on previous administrative law enforcement and communication research, Administrative law,social psychological theory, management communication theory and social control theory, political communication analysis and social class analysis.Firstly, to analyze the basic theories related to this research, to define the basic theories and concepts. Secondly, it analyzes the current problems of administrative law enforcement with a real case. Finally, argue the functions, principles and the ways of effective communication in administrative law enforcement.
