Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Police On-site Law Enforcement Language

The police on-site law enforcement language is an important tool for the police to understand the needs of the masses,respond to the expectations of the masses,resolve social contradictions and maintain social stability.its application has a direct impact on the effectiveness of police work,the image of the police and social stability.The author comes from the first line of law enforcement posts,in the field of law enforcement language is as important as police work,the use of on-site law enforcement language directly affects the effect of police work.This article will carry on the research from five parts to the police scene law enforcement language question and the countermeasure.The first part,through the analysis and research of the law enforcement language,the concept and type of the field law enforcement language,clarifies the advantages and misunderstandings existing in the field law enforcement language,and absorbs the relevant theories that can be used for reference.In order to further discuss the problem of on-site law enforcement language to consolidate the theoretical basis;the second part introduces the current situation of police on-site law enforcement language,This paper mainly introduces the efforts made by the public security organs to improve the law enforcement language level of the police on the spot from four aspects: the introduction of the detailed rules of the regional law enforcement language,the top-down targeted training of the public security system,the local law enforcement training,and the consciousness of the police optimizing the law enforcement language.It further standardizes the use of the law enforcement language on the spot and improves the level of the law enforcement language on the spot of the police.The third part systematically analyzes the main problems existing in the field law enforcement language of the police at the present stage: neglecting the function of the scene law enforcement language,the poor communication of the scene law enforcement language,the rigidity and vulgarity of the law enforcement scene language and the general rigidity of the law enforcement scene language;The fourth part,on the basis of my practical experience at the grass-roots level,probes into the reasons for the problems existing in the law enforcement language on the spot.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the law enforcement language of the police on the spot at the present stage from five aspects: cognitive deviation,police culture,guiding detail team,insufficient construction and supervision and examination;the fifth part is based on the existing research results of other scholars,And combined with my many years of law enforcement experience,This paper looks for ways to improve the language level of police law enforcement on the spot from five aspects: activating the vitality of police information,reshaping the sense of professional honor of the police,forming the detailed rules of national law enforcement language,strengthening the training of operational actual combat,and increasing the intensity of examination.It is hoped that it will play a positive role in practical work.
