The Study And Application On The Personal Administration And Decision Support System Of Government And Department

Along with the further development of information technology and e-government in China, Personnel department of all levels have gradually set up a personnel information system with fairly perfect function, and achieved comparative effects in the field of personnel administration. More information technologies are demanded in personnel administration as the scientization and standardization of the personnel selection developed.Considering the theories of e-governmental affairs development and administrative information system, this article makes a certain research and discussion on functions of the Decision Support System of personnel administration with measures of quantitative analysis. It mainly focuses on:1.Taking into account the development practices of e-governmental affairs in China, this article offers an idea of setting up a Decision Support System of e-government, focusing on the present conditions of"large information with poor knowledge"during the construction of e-government.2.Thinking over the conceptions of administrative information system and requirements of e-government, it brings forward a three-level-framework model of Decision Support System in personnel administration, and makes a detailed explanation on relative problems such as the information safety.3.Based on the analysis of characteristics and shortages of the personnel administrative information system at present, this article gives a proposal of standardizing the data-framework, arranging the present data-framework with application of data warehouse, and makes a explanation on relative technologies of constructing the data warehouse.4. It makes an introduction to the analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy judgment integrative method, and gives some practical cases of its application on personnel administration.
