Research On The Models Of Building A New Socialist Countryside In Yingdong District Of Fuyang City

The 5th Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) proposed to build a new socialist countryside as a major historical task.Since the mission proposed,a series of exploration has been carried out in many regions based on the different local situations with some remarkable achievements.However, there are some intractable problems that need to be solved immediately,especially the issue of land adjustment which is a fundamental obstacle to the new socialist countryside building in Yingdong and even more areas.Accordingly we need to explore possible solutions both at academic and practical level urgently which is particular and significant for the new socialist countryside building in Yingdong.In order to promote the new socialist countryside construction in Yingdong,as well as the integration of economy and society between urban and rural areas, eventually to realize "developed agricultural production,well-off living standard, civilized rural culture,clean and tidy villages,and democratic management" in China's countryside,the author researched the situation of the new socialist countryside building in Yingdong district through questionnaire survey and interviews on farmers.Based on the survey and interview results,the author concluded eight problems which existing in the new socialist countryside construction in Yingdong, discussed the existing problems and possible solutions on rural land utilization and planning in the process of building a new socialist countryside.At the end of this thesis,the model of promoting the building of a new countryside in Fuyang is proposed which emphasizes the scientific planning as the first procedure,the land use innovation as the key point,the development of county economy as the most important action,the financial investment as the powerful instrument,the improvement of farmer's quality as the continuous driving force,the fundamental organization construction as the basic insurance.Following this pattern,the effects of the new socialist countryside building in Yingdong have been observed.
