The basic idea is to change traditional government monopoly model of public service supply, introduce competition mechanism to public services supply and achieve the best supply of public services and the optimal allocation of public resources. In recent years, China's reform in the area introduced market mechanism to public services has achieved some success,but China's public service reform introduced market mechanism is still in the exploration phase, is still faced with the restraint of traditional concept, is devoid of mature and effective technical support and isn't consummate in construction of system and other constraints. To study the problems that exist in theintroduction of market mechanism to China's public service is conducive to strengthen the Government's public service function, improve the capacity of the Government's public services and will help meet the people's increasing and complicated requirement in public services field , moreover it will helps improve the socialist market economic system, achieve the strategic objectives to construct well-off society comprehensively. Therefore, we must be based on China's national conditions, analysis calmly and think rationally about the issue in our public service reform introduced market mechanism and to explore the question that existed in the West public service reform about introducing the market mechanism,as well as the effectiveness and the drawbacks in the practice, so as to establish the public service reform path that be suitable for our country's conditions.
