This strategy which have stronger offensive and expanded, adapted postwar international situation, reflected the United States national interest of demand, and had important influence of world structure and form. Hence, its core policy will be inherited by the United States government in 21 century. According to above, it has very important theories and reality meaning for us to profoundly analyze and evaluate the United States global strategy and policy form 1993 to 2000, and find out regular things among them.It is an important content for the United States global strategy to be China policy and is a hint for future tendency.
