A Study On Government's Administrative Morality On New Era

At present,during the deep development of china's socialist market economy,the new and old systems have a strong impact and the national; social life has never been more active and in profound and dramatic changes and social ethics,morality and lifestyle is undergoing tremendous changes.As for the management,the new situations and new problems are emerging in the moral aspect.The moral system under planned economic system have showed its limitations that can not be effectively regulate its own acts,nor provide an effective mechanism for the operation of the moral protection.Currently,China's government's and its executives' morality is in adverse situation which urges us to establish the socialist market economy and to a moral system.To build modern administrative and moral system attached to the socialist market.To build modern administrative and moral system,we must effectively strengthen the moral construction.The development of the socialist market economy has demonstrated that it urgent to build socialist modern administrative ethics system.And the process is inheritance,absorbing,integration and innovation,which can not be done overnight,so we must constantly strengthen the moral construction to make the building a modern morality of this great project to move forward.The key to solve this problem is to improve the government and its executives' ethics and to establish administrative and ethic system to regulate their conducts,which should be achieved by strengthening administrative morality.Through the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,comparing the new era of history and the moral practice,and learning from the advanced experience of foreign administrative ethics, the author provides the ideas and approaches to strengthen executives' moral construction in new era under China's actual situations.
