| With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, China's economic reform has also been deepening. But economic development will bring about a corresponding contradictions and problems, corruption is one of them. At this stage of the anti-corruption struggle deepening many areas of state-owned enterprises within the state executive sacked, and scandal-prone, so that the state executive and representative crowd into the people's vision. With the continuous development of the national economy, the imperfect mechanism of state-owned enterprise system is gradually revealed, in control of the huge public resources and has some administrative monopoly power of state executive and the risk of corruption in the short term rapid amplification. Therefore, state-owned enterprises from the system level to explore the root causes of corruption in the state executive, and then ponder the state executive corruption prevention policy is appropriate and necessary.This study analyzes the theoretical study abroad on corrupt and the problem of state executive corruption, with principal-agent theory, rent-seeking theory and the theory of checks and balances as theoretical perspective, introduces the manifestation of corruption in state executive and corresponding features, and the introduction of appropriate data and case analysis. On top of this, from the state-owned enterprise property right system,administrative monopoly mechanism, internal governance structure, regulatory system,incentive system to analyze five dimensions of state-owned enterprises in the system level of vulnerability as a result of the lack of institutional constraints caused by corruption to the state executive Corruption space. Finally, this paper analyzes the existing foundation,to state executive corruption propose appropriate institutional improvement measures, we want this study could be benefit to executives of state-owned enterprises in the field of corruption prevention. |
