With the development of electronic information industry, e-waste pollution problem can not be ignored. E-waste recycling and disposal not only to environmental protection and ecological safety is of great significance, is the cycle of economic development and the building of environment-friendly resource-saving society. Although the problem of electronic waste disposal has developed a number of laws and regulations, but in general not perfect, can not create a lot of problems.This article first defines e-waste, citing examples of China's current regulatory system of electronic waste laws and regulations and the analysis of China's electronic waste that exist in current legislation related issues. Namely: the principle of non-uniform legislation, the existing laws and regulations conflict, the responsibility system is not complete, lack of relevant laws, the terms of the lack of economic incentives. Developed countries in e-waste legislation have made significant achievements, many of the advanced experience of its worth to learn from my place. Complete the legislative system in Japan, Switzerland, clear laws and regulations and technical standards as well as the Korean sound system extended producer responsibility for electronic waste in China-related legislation provides inspiration. Study abroad in the advanced experience of e-waste legislation on the basis of the emphasis on the concept of China's electronic waste legislation, including the basic principles, rights and obligations of the contents of extended producer responsibility and punishment system. In the legislation based on the existing laws in line with the coordination of e-waste legislation means, as well as legislation to establish the terms of a number of economic incentives, including tax, credit, finance, and so on to provide similar concessions. With a view to China's electronic waste legislation to provide some valuable research results.
