Research On Constructing Public Security Emergency Mechanism In Harmonious Society

Building a harmonious socialist society is a new strategy of CPC(Communist party of China)' governing the country during the new history time. However, in the course of social development, inevitably exist inharmonious musical notation and contradiction, which will be probably sharpened in the certain condition, and which can prove to be disharmonious factors that influence the harmonious society.
