Public fire safety and social harmony are inseparable.However, with the development of society, all kinds of disaster-causing factors in the increasing number of fires on people's normal production and livelihood have caused devastating effects of the increasingly serious. In this paper, Ningde City, Fujian Province as an example, the current public fire safety problems in the analysis carried out. This article holds that, because of China's current public fire safety management system lags behind economic and social development, public fire inputs, fire prevention and control of major forces, material means and the quality of citizens is far from the fire should not meet the needs of building a harmonious society.Think of this article, public fire safety to the country people are to provide public goods, belong to a modern government's "duty." And at all levels of government-owned public power entrusted by the people, the possession or control of a large number of public resources and social life in the country policy makers, managers of the special status, in the process of economic and social development bears important duty irreplaceable.17 the party's report must be clear, "to promote social reform, and expand public services, improve social management."In building a harmonious socialist society, as the threshold, the job must fire from a planned economy to a pattern of taking the kind of society of fire protection, fire service-oriented transformation, which is to ensure public fire safety work and the only way for socio-economic development at the same pace.Based on this understanding, this paper, the use of public management theory, application literature analysis, a comparative study of experience in statistical analysis and the methods to address the fire safety of the public the "bottleneck" problem of the response and ideas.
