Research On Citizen's Right To National Defense Education

The right to national defense education means that citizens are entitled to having education on national defense according to the law and the right will be guaranteed and realized by the nation.It occupies the most fundamental and core position in the legal relationship of national defence education.In the legal relationship of national defence education,the right to national defense education is a legal right.This paper, starting from the concept,characteristic,and historical evolution of the right to national defense education,analyzes the subject of right and the duty of right.It mainly explores the nature of this right,which is a right rather than an unification of right and duty.At the same time,the paper gives an introduction of the right's four dimensions and two layers.This paper also probes into how to guarantee the right to national defence education through legislation,jurisdiction,and administration.
