Research On The Influence Of The New Legislation (REACH) Of The European Union's Chemicals And Countermeasures

Chemicals is one kind of peculiar commodity, its existence and the state of being use having improved human being's living. At the same time, Chemicals is so dangerous in inherent that it has also brought about the immense threat to us. The chemicals management is a hot topic in the international community. We should take full advantage of the law, which is a very effective social management tool, to reduce the potential harm to a minimum. This article attempts to refer to the measure EU take, which is the pioneer of legislation of chemicals field. It tries to table a legislation proposal for the management of chemicals in our country from a brand-new aspect.The content of thesis includes five chapters, about 50 thousands words.Chapter I—"Introduction" is a summary about the convenience of chemicals to our daily life and the harm to our environment. So we should to regulate effectively. And this article gives the legal analysis about the REACH.Chapter III—This chapter discuss "The impact of the implementation of EU REACH Act on the international trade and the management in our country". It can be divided into three sections.Chapter IV—"The proposals our country's Chemicals legislation in reference REACH" .This chapter can be divided into three sections. The first one discusses the necessary and feasibility of introduction of REACH Act into our country. The second part put forward our own legislation proposals. And the final talks about the execution of the law.Chapter V—"Conclusion and Outlook" It reaches the conclusion of this article.
