The Study On The Training, Selection And Assignment In Pan County's Ethnic Minority Leaders

This article reveals a research to the situation of ethnic minority cadres' training and selecting system since 1949 in Pan Country, Guizhou province, which is studied in many different aspects, including the distribution of the number of cadres, age structure, sex structure, educational level etc. The research reveals that, since 1949,especially since the 1980s , Pan Country, Guizhou province have made great achievements in the use of training and selecting cadres of ethnic minorities, ethnic minority cadres have exceeded the proportion of the population of ethnic minorities in the general population, the overall quality has greatly improved, the local ethnic minority cadres have become a modem important force in local modernization, even are the backbones; Meanwhile, the article analyze the existing problems in the training and selecting cadres of ethnic minorities and give the corresponding solutions.
