Research Of The Cadres Training Model On The County Level Of Yunnan's Minority Area

In minority areas, the key for the construction of a better-off society is a high-quality Party cadre team.Party cadres, pioneers of modernization, play an leading role in the construction of the better-off society in minority areas.Party cadres'capabilities have a direct bearing on the implementation of the Party's line and principles, on the advancing of the Reform & Opening-up and modernization, and on people's well-off in minority areas. How to cultivate a high-quality cadre team is the focus of the Party and related government agencies.In the new era, cadres have to meet new. higher requirements to adapt to new situation. And the top priority of cadres training is to cultivate and improve the comprehensive quality of cadres in minority areas, constructing a cadre team with profound knowledge, professional competence, sense of leadership, and honesty. Introducing the theory of learning organization into cadres training, this paper combined theories from pedagogy, ethnology, and management, and studied the cadres training model on the county level of Yunnan's Minority Area. This article could be divided into four parts:The first part elaborates the background and the purpose of the study, reviews relevant research at home and abroad, explains the structure and innovation of this paper; the second part mainly elaborates the content of cadres training in minority area, analyses the particularity of cadres training on the county level in minority area of Yunnan and theoretical basis for the training mode of constructing learning organizations; the third part. through a survey, analyses the current situation and insufficiency such as indifference, lack of training need analysis, single training methods, unsound train assessment mechanism; the fourth part puts forward a learning organization training mode that is practical, replicable on the county level of the Yunnan minority areas.
