Study On The Party Building Of Non-public Enterprises

Non-public economy is an important component of the socialist market economy,the development of non-public ownership enterprises woulde be promote economic growth, expande employment and active market.Establishing the party organization,doing the party's work and guiding the healthy development in the non-public enterprises is an important and urgent task.In the current new situation, strengthening and improving party building in non-public enterprises is the needs of promoting the healthy development of non-public enterprises; the needs of fully implementing the "Three Represents", building a harmonious society; the needs of constantly enhancing the Party's class foundation, expanding its mass base; and at the same time, the urgent demand of implementing to deploy an important political task of the central authorities.However, the work of party building of non-public enterprises is not ideal, in the new historical conditions, how to non-public enterprises to carry out the work of party building in our party is a major task that our patty facing.All regions of the country, all party organizations at all levels which Wuxi represents have to be seriously carry out in many areas to create a model of party building activities.This paper,on the basis of these,conducts research on the development of the work of party building of the part of non-public enterprises in Wuxi City, summarizes the work of party building,using visit forum, questionnaire survey, and closing connection with the non-public enterprises of the basic theory of party building.According to Marxist theory particularity includes the universality,through analyzing particularity to understand the universality,we outline common problems in non-public enterprises to carry out the work of party building across the country from the point to the introduction of surface,including unstable source of funding for the work of party organizations,poor party-building activities, party workers and organizations working in a dilemma and so on,further analyze the reasons for the existence of these issues to explore the functions of party organizations in enterprises, organizations'setting, the determination of party building management, party activities, as well as innovation forms of non-public enterprises'party and improvement of the structure, mechanism in the work of party building. At the same time we must recognize that the work of party building in non-public enterprises woulde be a long way to go.
