The Right Awareness Of Citizen

Since three decades of reform and opening up, China has undergone enormous change: political progress, economic prosperity and culture flourish. In this process of social change, the age of Rights Time is quietly coming. No matter for the claim or the right awareness of Chinese citizens all experienced an upheaval process from a low to high, from weak to strong in such kind of Right Time. This is a gratifying change for our country's modern political democracy. However, due to the relative lag of awareness, the right awareness of our citizens hasn't kept the same pace with our economy development, which is still far behind of west developed countries. In this paper, the writer will give an systematically description of the historical process of our civil Right Awareness based to citizen's Right Awareness and its connotation, then the defect of civil rights in our country and the measures to improve it can be explored.
