Citizens' Legal Awareness Survey And Countermeasures

In contemporary China, fickleness mentality is widely spread, and various impetuousthoughts is agitating with each other. If the citizen’s awareness of law and order have adapted tothe changes of current social, this problem is to be paid more attention to a problem and oftendiscussed by the social from all walks. In recent years, with the rapid social revolution, civil laweducation has made considerable development in our country, but negative information about ourcountry civil law awareness which also shows a growth trend. It has raised concerns andThoughts on future development of social law and order, how about the current status of citizens’awareness of the law in our country, if there are any hidden problems, what’s the cause ofproblem, a series of considering contributed to the expansion of this subject.Based on the citizen awareness of the law as the starting point, there are four parts in mythesis. In the first part, I will introduce research backgrounds, aims and significance. Based on thereview of previous research, making the main contents of which subject research explicitly. In thesecond part, after making further study on citizen awareness of the law and its features, I bringforward the elements which influence the citizen awareness of the law for the innovation.(Suchas knowing the awareness of the law、usage of awareness of the law、law-abiding consciousness、observing the discipline), emphasized the significance of current civil awareness of the laweducation. In the third part, taking the part of the jurisdiction of administrative departments,university students, enterprises and ordinary citizens in ZhangGong District as research objects, Iadopt questionnaire method and face-to-face interview to analyze current citizen awareness of thelaw. I will state its positive or negative parts and explain what resulted in these problems fromdifferent angles. In the last part, confront the reasons of the problems,put forward the general idea ofcultivation of awareness of the law of citizens,firstly,analyzes the realization mechanism of constructing thelegal consciousness ZhangGong District.Then the ways to cultivate citizen awareness of the law areexplored from the aspects of society, government, university and family.My study aims to giving some theoretical references to experts and scholars in someacademic fields, and supplies some useful cases for universities to study for good cultivatingplans. I feel satisfied if my study can attract attentions that the social from all walks of life fields,and make a little dedication for improving the quality of cultivating citizen law consciousness.
