The Research About Developing Model Of National Defense Students

With the full implementation of the national defense system, the selection of our military reserve officer system has gradually transformed into relying on the national education development instead of the military institutions before. The national defense students are becoming major source of our military officers. However, it's a new event that national defense students are developed by domestic education and it clearly can't meet the needs of the native army at the old mode in selecting and training the officer. Compared to the development mode of the international advanced military reserve officer training army in American, there are many imperfection factors due to our national defense system in establishment at such little time. At present, the cultivation of national defense students with limited experience, there are still certain distance in actual demand in training officers and the army preparation in new period.In this research, the vital core problem in solution is how to build developed modes of national defense students in order to improve the quality of them in promoting the background of Chinese characteristic. The assignment aims at the specific, characteristics of developing national defense students, and it has done some research towards the modes of developing national defense students in using literature, questionnaire surveys, qualitative and quantitative, such as comparative methodology, the integrated use of management, the knowledge of higher education. At the base of academic research of national defense developing model, from the practice of research, analysis, comparing the three dimensions of foreign countries, according to study the elements of national defense training mode, respectively; Finally, as per these findings, put forward some related reform strategies.
