| At the defining moment of social transformation, there appear various trends among theyouth group. Thus, according to different needs and demands, different Youth Selforganizationsarise. They attract large number of teen-agers, which brings new opportunitiesand challenges for the work and activities of the Communist Youth League.On the basis of investigation and study of individual cases and questionnaires, this papercarries out investigations on Youth Self-organizations in Dongying; it finds out currentsituations, essential features and bottleneck on developing of these self-organizations, andmasters the law of development of these organizations. In this way, the Communist YouthLeague could have further understanding of the true needs of the youth group, reflect on itsown organizational structure, and improve the traditional organization mode. By doing allthese, we could strengthen connection and union between the Communist Youth League andthe Youth Self-organizations, reinforce the connection and service with the middle-levelyouth group and practically promote the harmonious growth of different kinds of youthgroups.By analyzing challenges and opportunities that Youth Self-organizations bring to thework of the Communist Youth League, this paper focuses on proposing a creative suggestion,which is based on how to establish a win-win relationship between the Communist YouthLeague and the Youth Self-organizations and on how to ensure healthy development of theself-organizations. The suggestion is: with modern, realistic and practical attitude, theCommunist Youth League should reinforce the study on Youth Self-organizations. Thereshould be more unions, instructions and services from the Communist Youth League, in orderto promote the healthy development of the Youth Self-organizations. |
