| Before Putin came to power,Russia’s chaotic society made the ruler has no time to pay attention to youth work.Due to the lack of government management and support,Russian Pro-government youth organizations have no influence on youth groups,and have little effect in attracting and guiding youth to participate in state affairs.After Putin came into power,the domestic youth thought showed the tendency of authority to independence,society to individual,idealism to practical value,monotony to diversity value orientation.The socialism,liberalism,nationalism,anarchism thought and Internet technology affect the changes of Russian youth’s ideological values.The multiple youth values provide the growing soil for the development of various Russian youth organizations.After the "Color Revolution" broke out in Ukraine in December 2004,young people in Russia were influenced by the "Color Revolution" of the neighboring countries.Putin began to attach importance to the role of Pro-government youth organizations.He supported "Nashi" and other pro-government youth organizations to deal with the large-scale youth movement that may take place in Russia in the future.As a youth organization established by Putin,“Nashi” played a role of "Musketeer" in the process of resisting the "Color Revolution",which guaranteed the stability of Putin’s regime and won the youth support for Putin’s government.After the "Color Revolution",Russia’s domestic social environment tended to be stable,and Russian authorities saw some unreasonable behaviors that were harmful to the image of the country exposed in“Nashi”s organizational activities.By integrating other pro-government youth organizations,the government reduced the financial support and policy support to "Nashi" and weakened its scale.In the end,"Nashi" declined because of development difficulties.It is found that the relationship between Putin government and "Nashi" is a kind of mutual cooperation of support and attachment."Nashi" is attached to Putin’s government and carries out its work under the guidance of officials of Putin government.Putin’s support of "Nashi" organization has achieved the purpose of attracting young people to participate in political life.Putin also utilizes "Nashi" to convey his ruling idea to young people and publicize his "Sovereign Democracy" thought among young people.Through the study of the relationship between “Nashi” and Putin’s government,we can find that youth plays an important role in ensuring the stability of state power and the continuous governance of the ruling party.Similarly,the pro-government youth organizations influenced by the ruling party and the government play an important leading role in guiding the youth.For the development of the Communist Youth League of China,the Communist Youth League of China should strengthen political consciousness,become more advanced,and better represent the people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,unite the young people to love their own country and inject vitality into two centenary goals". |
