Research On Political Participation About China's Emerging Social Strata

Political participation of citizens is an important criterion of political democratization and modernization. China at this stage along with the economic and political reform, an important social structure changes, the new emerging social class, it is very important for the construction of socialist democratic politics to study the new social strata and political participation. This article corresponded countermeasures by studying the new social classes and the status of political participation for an orderly political participation.This article is divided into three parts:The first part mainly discusses the new social strata and the condition of their political participation. Analysis of the new social strata have, composition, location. Analysis of they development and interests demands, and then defined their political participation in theory and found out the conditions for them political participation.The second part, the new social strata have been involved in political life, but also in some respects, its contained shortcomings and inadequacies. This chapter, the main analysis focus on some problems of a new social class status and political participation. Analysis of the status from the participatory approach and path, analysis of some issues from new features on their own social class and their political participation, the main problem contain that too utilitarian in political participation, political participation and slack organization and political participation in psychological contradiction, which is the issue must master in research.The third part, the part of a new social class for political participation, from a macro level, make up with measures from the new social strata involved in the purpose, the process, the psychological issues. In the end, the article has made an appropriate analysis from enhance the theoretical guidance, strengthen the party's leadership, building specification system and improving the mechanism to express the interests to "orderly political participation".
