A Study On Chinese Subject Of Public Decision

With the world of globalization, surging wave of information technology, high socio-economic development, social life has been becoming more complicated and public management is playing an important role in the social life today. Public decision-making is the main form of public management and a key link ,which is related to the success or failure of public management and the rise and fall of the state and society. The subject of public decision-making is the main core of public decision-making . A depth-study on the subject of public decision-making is of great importance for the researchers and policy-makers, which can prevent and reduce errors of public decision-making and promote scientification of public decision-making and maintain the sustainable development of socio-economic.In this paper, Chinese subject of public decision-making was analysised in the assumption of economic—man. The article first made a definion about the Chinese subject of public decision-making ,then did a systematic theoretical carding about the assumption of economic man, drawing a normative definition of economic man, and then subject of public decision-making was analysised in the normative definition of economic man from two terms of public decision-making individual, public decision-making groups, finally, we draw the conclusion on how to constraint and limit characteristics of economic man of subject of public decision-making in china .
