In the transition period Chinese society, local, regional crises come out uninterruptedly. From our government crisis management practices, we discover that the government and the public crisis consciousness enhancing obviously, the crisis management frame gradually improving, the government's support capabilities providing the policies and regulations unceasingly. In the entire crisis management flow ,but, The question:the vacancy of the crisis forewarning,the lag of crisis management, the disadvantage of crisis damage control,are very prominient.The key reason is the crisis management information communication is not unimpeded.The information communication mechanism is the core of the crisis management,which are the information transmission and feedback between the crisis managementer and the related benefit person. The good crisis management information communication mechanism may prevent the information the false report, may start the warning system keenly to control the situation in a short time, may deal with the crisis incubation period information in time,to provide the data support for the accurate analysising the probability and the negative influence, which as well as crisis occurs.However, the related research about the government crisis management information communication mechanism are few in the domestic and foreign at present just many from the angle of the government media policy and the business,not taking seriously the internal communication mechanism,and there are some questiones,such as the existence communication bodies not clear,the communication strategy not clear,the lack of communication system,and so on.We should profit from the demestic and foreign research results about the government crisis management,then to seek the elementary path to improve the crisis information communication mechanism,to promote the the government crisis management potency enhancement,to established and consummate our country government crisis management system,to enhance the government ability to deal with the crisis arising suddenly in order to construct one complete modern government crisis information communication mechanism model,to perfect government crisis management information communication mechanism,to make the government deal with the crisis,to improve the government image,to enhance the efficiency and save the cost ,to construct the harmonious society well.This article proposes the'the multangular communication mechanisms'model with the aid of the communication and the crisis management theory.And, in the foundation analysises of the government organization system,the government internal crisis communicate mechanism, the exterior communication mechanism, this article makes some suggestions to consummate the crisis communication mechanism for our government.
