Research On The Adaptation Of Rural Migrants In Gansu

Adaptation of migrants,reflected a state of harmony and process of immigrants'association with others,society,and with the surrounding environment. Reflected from the adaptation of migrants to move to move out after moving into the new way of life in the production,lifestyles and interpersonal aspects of the concept of adaptability.In this paper,the main method is quantitative study,supplemented by qualitative research methods of data analysis,drawing on rational choice theory and the push-pull theory,the adoption of modes of production,lifestyles and the three dimensions of interpersonal adaptation of rural migrants to carry out field visits.Mode of Production that is necessary for finding the way material is the basic forces for existence and development of human society . Resettlement areas to help the poor immigrants belong to voluntary migrants,with the complete removal of its characteristics.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an Introduction,mainly the questions from the research,literature review and research and design approach.Chapter II is on the village of Gansu Province Y immigrant backgrounds. The main migration to and from,the introduction to the basic situation and the implementation of poverty alleviation immigration policy.Chapter III are adaptive analysis and interpretation of the factors of Y Village immigrants and is the focus of this study. Factors that affect the adaptability of immigrants are complex and wide-ranging,but with push-pull theory and rational choice theory,mainly the use of quantitative analysis,supplemented by qualitative analysis of research methods,from the mode of production,lifestyle,relationships in three dimensions,we still be able to clear a main line. Mode of production to move out from the resettlement areas by not happen to have a tremendous change in the main body of migrants also had important psychological impact. Therefore,we must not only attach importance to adaptability of immigrants production objective,but also from the perspective of the main immigration inspection on the production methods of their evaluation of adaptability.Way of life refers to "all the daily activity patterns,such as entertainment,as well as the pattern of relationships between people of the term." In this paper,four factors reflect the adaptability of immigrant way of life. That is,adaptive living expenses,the living environment satisfaction,satisfaction with standard of living,customs and habits to adapt to .Interpersonal relations refers to maintained social contacts with a person at a certain period of time. Interpersonal relations is to explore the adaptation of migrants and local residents,the actual contacts. In this paper,the adaptation of Interpersonal relations,masses satisfaction,neighborhood satisfaction to reflect the three factors of interpersonal adaptation of migrants.Chapter IV contains conclusions and discussion,through the main line of this study,summed up the conclusions of the adaptability of immigrants,that is,the smaller the changes in modes of production,the greater the change in the way of life,Interpersonal relations more harmonious coexistence,migration adaptation stronger; age the greater the adaptability of the worse; higher education is stronger adaptability. At the same time,this chapter combines the previous research on immigrant adaptation discussed the adaptability of the current immigration problems,and to make a few policy implications.
