Human are the principal part for the social development, the basic elements of social productive forces and the most dynamic and positive factor in the social development. The premise and propulsion of social development lie in people's participation, social development is guaranteed by quality of people. The concept of life quality is an important measure of the development of groups or individuals. The Social groups' life quality reflects the quality of the society level of development.Migrant workers in our country and Western countries have different historical fate and survival. Migrant workers in university logistics are relative special part group. Studying the quality of migrant workers life quality is propitious to management of migrant workers and the provision of services from a more comprehensive perspective. And it is beneficial to make the needs of migrant workers and college logistic work together to achieve a win-win situation, maintain Campus security and stability, and build a harmonious campus. Then, universities achieve scientific development. Through empirical investigation of migrant workers in the logistics of Wuhan's Universities, This empirical research study try to know the situation of the life quality of the group, to describe its overall profile and characteristics.On the migrant workers' objective life quality, the study shows that, the part of the livelihood and basic needs have more invest and higher quality, such as living conditions, employment system norms, safety of working and children's education; But for the personal development and risk prevention, they are less spending and lower quality, such as skills training, cultural recreational, political participation and social insurance. The life quality of migrant workers in the logistics of Wuhan's Universities is still in the stage of survival satisfaction, units and individuals are more inclined to invest the practicality life quality.On the subjective evaluation, the migrant workers' fell dissatisfactory for the difference economic treatment between the migrant workers and official trade unions. And their evaluation for the fairness of the management treatment is much better. Most migrant workers consider a stronger stability of the current work. But most of them have not given the current job to a lasting and far-reaching significance. They just consider the work as a means to the way to their livelihoods rather than career. They have a lack of careful consideration for career planning and life goal, but also are in maintaining the status quo and meeting the needs of the state of survival. The migrant workers have more satisfaction back to the environment than the state of their own. In contrast to the project of life quality close contact with the economic indicators, they have high satisfaction than project of life quality shallow contact with the economic indicators.Finally, the thesis put comments and suggestions in how to improve the life quality of migrant workers in the Universities logistics. First, strengthen the system of unplanned construction employment to make the logistical management of migrant workers more normative; Secondly, strengthen logistics organizations such as trade unions and the Party organizations to enhance the migrant workers' rights and the possibility of the political aspects, and to upgrade the level of leisure life; thirdly , increased human capital for the migrant workers in University Logistics to promote migrant worker's skill and the medical situation, as well as the improvem ent of children's education. Fourthly, set up an effective channel of communication for the logistics department and the migrant workers to make the later play the dynamic role in the University construction.
