Study On Teaching Reform Of Party School And Rural Talent Training In Binyang County And Township

In 2003, Binyang County, found through research, rural party members play a leading role in the model of craftsmen personnel relying on the wisdom in the ranks of a large number of rural talented person . However, these home-based talent members take the lead in getting rich but at the same time their knowledge update slow and weaken sense of the market. In the study, based on Binyang County in the Town of DaQiao party members in rural areas develop local talent pilot and train a large number of rural party members and local talent. This strongly impetus to local economic development. Based on the success of the pilot, Binyang County in the rural county carry out the implementation of local party members and human resources, "112" education and training projects in rural and native talent, "ten thousand men" education and training projects. Binyang County and township party schools take teaching reform as an opportunity to explore, practice, and continuously improve the building through the efforts of party members in rural local human resources to lead and guide rural talented person to improve the overall quality,and then promote rural talented person increase income and promote rural economic development and mechanisms in an effective way.Research papers conducted investigations and studies based on Binyang county and township schools teaching rural talentea person reform and training of rural talentea person, targeting on township teaching in schools of reform and training of rural talentea person constraints interviews. The interview survey interviewed a total of 13 departments and 33 interviewers.
