Research On Education And Training Of Rural Party Members In Lingshui County

Strengthening the education and training of Party members in rural areas can not only enhance the purity and ideologieal advancement of rural grassroots party organizations,but also maintain a good political and ecological environment.At the same time,it can also enhance the working ability of rural Party members,grass-roots leadership and grass-roots service capabilities.Taking Lingshui County as an example,this paper constructs an evaluation model of the current situation of education and training of rural Party members based on AHP,points out the shortcomings and problems of the current situation of education and training,and further analyzes the specific problems based on the results of questionnaire survey and interview consultation,and finally puts forward some practical and operational countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the construction and application of the evaluation model of the current situation of the education and training of the rural Party members in Lingshui County.Based on the research results of the existing scholars and the regulations of the Communist Party of China on education and management of Party members,this paper selects five first level indicators,including education and training needs,education and training contents,education and training conditions,education and training methods,education and training assessment,and 20 second level indicators of its subordinates,and constructs the corresponding evaluation model through AHP.The evaluation results show that the five first-class indicators and the overall evaluation results are all "unqualified".Currently,there are obvious problems in the education and training of rural Party members in Lingshui County,which need further optimization and improvement.(2)according to the results of questionnaire survey and interview consultation,these problems are as follows:not paying attention to the survey of education and training needs,the training content is not practical,the education and training conditions and teachers are weak,the education and training methods are single,and the education and training assessment is a mere formality.The reasons for these problems are:insufficient investment in education and training,careless implementation of education and training,and dilution of party spirit consciousness of some party members.Based on these problems,this paper respectively puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions and specific implementation rules from education and training needs,education and training content,education and training conditions,education and training methods,education and training assessment.
