Study On Peasant Participating Of The Public Crisis Management System Construction

As crisis events accelerating happen, the public crises in rural areas were paid more and more attentions due to their frequency, serious damage and fast spreading. At present, our domestic crisis management is focusing on the research and solution to events happens in urban area, which is not coincide with the present event split. Many problems exist in relatively undeveloped rural areas, such as short fund from government, low crisis awareness of peasants, and restriction of geographic conditions. However, the crisis management in rural areas directly relates to the peasants' vital interests and stability of social development. The establishing of public crisis management system in rural areas is of great urgency. Comparing to the pervious studies on this issue, this thesis put on the idea that the peasants should take part in the crisis management as an important subjects from the an angle of peasants participation.
