Currently, our nation is under the period of social transformation. On one hand, many natural calamities as well as human conducted accidents are reported. On the other hand, some serious economical crimes emerge. The gap between the rich and poor is widening, and the economics is to some extent out of order. All these, plus some international issues critically affect our people psychologically; bring more contradictions and cause public crisis in various aspects of the society.For Chinese government, both the successful and failure experience of the western government should be taken during the exploration of a suitable system of government crisis management. The political-economical reform of our nations now enters a new period. Economically, politically and morally, the revolution brings mass transformation to our society and causes the public crisis in this period to be more general, more frequent, more massive and more violent.Based on above analysis, research on the application of public crisis management theory in the government of TianQiao district, JN city, considering the practice of crisis management of western government, our new crisis management system should have the properties of being swift, resolve, human-oriented, communicating, efficient, coordinating, ordered, and international. What's more important, the sense of crisis danger and legislation should be further emphasized. Specialized agency and public crisis information system are of great need. The resource supplying system, the crisis education system and the research on crisis management should also receive more attention during the construction of a China-targeted government crisis management system.
